Much better customer service and warranty coverage than just about anything you can buy these days!The latest IPCC report is saying that we’d better get busy reducing fossil fuel use NOW, and the 30% federal tax rebates start dropping in 2021. They will replace any defective panels completely under warranty, including all labor, at no cost to us. Namaste has been out twice, no charge, to inspect the system and provide data to the panel manufacturer. They did all the leg work, we just had to sign some documents.More recently, we’ve had some transient problems in the panels that trigger the inverter to shut down until we reboot it and tell it to retest. The system is supplying over 90% of our total electricity use, which … includes an all-electric car, plus a plug-in hybrid. A neighbor of ours had had a good experience with them. We had Namaste install solar panels on our house 3 1/2 years ago.
